The only information we collect is information you voluntarily provide through the contact form, the project wizard, or the site's chat assistant: your name, email address, phone number (optional), and the content of your inquiry. We do not collect personal information automatically.

AI chat assistant: if you choose to use the chat assistant on the site, the messages you type are sent for processing to Anthropic (the provider of the Claude AI model) in order to generate a reply. If you share contact details in the chat, they are passed to us so we can get back to you. Chat messages are not used for any other purpose.

2. Purpose of use

The information is used solely to respond to your inquiry, provide the requested service, and contact you regarding your inquiry. We will not use it for any other purpose without your consent.

3. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell, rent, or transfer your details to any third party — except for the technical processing of chat-assistant messages by our AI provider as described in sections 1 and 5, or as required by law or by order of a competent authority.

4. Local storage and cookies

The site does not use tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies. We use the browser's Local Storage only to save the accessibility and language preferences you choose, to improve your experience. This data is stored on your device only, is not sent to us, and can be deleted at any time via your browser settings.

5. Third-party services

The site includes links to external services such as WhatsApp and an email service. When you reach out through them, use is subject to those services' privacy policies, which are not under our control.

The site's chat assistant is powered by Claude (Anthropic). Messages you send in the chat are processed by Anthropic's API and are subject to Anthropic's privacy policy.

We take reasonable measures to protect the information, including secure data transfer (HTTPS). However, we cannot guarantee absolute security, and use of the site is at your own risk.
